(a) With the cessation of operations, all materials shall be removed or placed in an excavation and completely covered with dirt or integrated with the surrounding natural terrain formations. In no event, and under no circumstances, shall the materials stored exceed the height of the surrounding natural terrain formations.
(b) With the cessation of operations, all filled in and covered excavations shall be replanted or reforested so as to harmoniously integrate with local vegetation.
