The location and operation of new sites designated by the Village of McDonald, Ohio, for the storage and maintenance of landfills, along with construction and demolition debris or the modification or expansion of an existing site will be located only in an industrial zone. The storage sites will be established in accordance with Ohio Revised Chapters 3714 and 3745, et seq., rules and regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the Trumbull County Solid Waste District (TCSWD) and the Codified Ordinances of the Village of McDonald.
