713.99 VIOLATION AND PENALTIES.

Any person, firm, corporation, organization, association or agent who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any the requirements thereof shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
