§ 35.65 DESIGNATION OF CONVENTION CENTER.
   Effective September 1, 2019, and until further orders of the County Fiscal Court indicate otherwise, the Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center Corporation is designated as the County Convention Center to which the above-referenced 1% of transient room tax funds will be disbursed.
