§ 34.30 2012 BAY CREEK EAST BOND FUND #472.

The Clerk-Treasurer of the town is hereby directed to take all necessary steps to create a non- reverting fund to be entitled “2012 Bay Creek East Bond Fund #472” with the funds therein to be solely utilized for the purposes designated.
