§ 34.29 2012 EMERALD SPRINGS BOND FUND #473.

The Clerk-Treasurer of the town is hereby directed to take all necessary steps to create a non- reverting fund to be entitled “2012 Emerald Springs Bond Fund #473” with the funds therein to be solely utilized for the purposes designated.
