(A) There is hereby created a special non-reverting fund to be known as the Town Marketing Fund, and a special account therein, designated the Town Marketing Fund Account.
(B) The town staff, MRDC and the Economic Development Commission of the town, are hereby authorized to solicit contributions to the fund from members of the general public and the corporate and business community.
(C) The funds or the monies within the non-reverting fund may be paid for the following expenditures:
(1) Space rental;
(2) Catering;
(3) Paper goods;
(4) Invitations;
(5) Marketing materials;
(6) Promotional items;
(7) Banners and other similar materials; and
(8) Any other expenditure authorized by the Town Council.
