§ 34.39  FIRE PROTECTION TERRITORY EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND.
   The need now exists for, and there is hereby established, a Fire Protection Territory Equipment Replacement Fund for the Vernon Township Fire Protection Territory for all uses as set out in I.C. 36-8-19-8.5.
