§ 110.05  NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENT TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION.
   (A)   At the time of application, the applicant shall pay to the town by way of credit card or check only, through the Town Manager or the Town Manager’s appointed agent, the following applicable nonrefundable sum:
      (1)   For a ten-day permit exclusive of Sundays and holidays, the sum of $50 for the originating vendor and $10 for each individual applicant operating for, on behalf of, or in any way benefitting the original vendor.
      (2)   For a 120-day permit, exclusive of Sundays and holidays, the sum of $100 for the originating vendor and $10 for each individual applicant operating for, on behalf of, or in any way benefitting the original vendor.
      (3)   In the event the applicant desires an immediate registration, he or she shall be required to file an additional cash or surety bond, payable to the town, in the principal sum of $500, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the applicant of any contract that he or she may enter with the town or any citizen of the town during the period required for the review, processing and investigation of the application and provided that this bond shall be further conditioned upon the truth and veracity of the statements made by the applicant under oath upon the form provided by the Town Manager.
   (B)   Upon compliance of the applicant with all provisions contained herein and payment of the aforementioned sum(s), the Town Manager or the Town Manager’s designated agent shall issue a registration certificate for the appropriate period of time to the vendor and for each individual applicant operating for, on behalf or, or in any way benefitting the original vendor.
