§ 73.13 REQUIREMENTPOSSESSION OF PROOF OF INSURANCE.

Each golf cart operated on designated roadways within the town shall maintain current insurance as specified on § 73.01. The proof of insurance must be carried in or on the golf cart at all times it is being operated on designated roadways.
