§ 34.03 CHARGES FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS.

Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3, the Town Council hereby establishes that there shall not be any charge for the first ten pages copied of any citizen’s request for public records, and that for any like request in excess of ten pages, the charge per page, including the first ten pages, shall be at $0.10 per copy.
