§ 153.100  AMENDMENT.
   In accordance with state statutes, the Town Council may introduce and consider amendments to this chapter as proposed by the Council, the Plan Commission, or by a citizen's petition. Any proposed amendment shall be referred to the Plan Commission for public hearing, consideration, and report before any final action is taken by the Town Council.
