§ 151.10  COST OF DEMOLITION AND/OR REMOVAL, ATTORNEY'S FEES AND FINES.
   In the event that any such building would have to be demolished and/or removed pursuant to this subchapter, the costs together with all costs of the town associated therewith, including the expenses of expert witnesses called by the town, and the town's attorney's fees, shall be payable by the owner of the building so demolished and/or removed within 30 days after they are billed to the address shown on the property tax records of Hancock County, Indiana, for that particular property, in addition to which, said costs and any fine imposed shall constitute a lien against the property. A fine not to exceed $2,500 per day for each day the structure shall have been deemed to have been in violation of this subchapter may be imposed at the discretion of the Building Inspector.
