Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum of not less than $100 for the first offense, a sum of not less than $200 for the second offense and a sum of not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 for any additional offenses. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each time the violation(s) occurs or continues.
