§ 131.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to secure and maintain the public peace, health, safety, welfare and convenience of the residents and property owners of the town, by regulating the use of firearms, explosives, explosive articles or devices and other dangerous projectiles within the corporate limits of the town.
