§ 94.26 NUISANCE DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, a NUISANCE is defined as whatever is:

   (A)   Injurious to health;

   (B)   Indecent;

   (C)   Offensive to the senses;

   (D)   An obstruction to the free use of property; and/or

   (E)   So as essentially to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property, is a nuisance, and the subject to an action.
