(A) No alarm system designed to transmit alarm conditions directly to the Police or Fire Department shall be tested or demonstrated without first obtaining permission from the Police or Fire Department.
(B) Permission is not required to test or demonstrate alarm devices not transmitting alarm conditions directly to the Police or Fire Department, unless the alarm conditions are to be relayed to the Police or Fire Department Failure to notify the Police Department or Fire Department prior to testing or conducting repairs on an alarm system shall constitute a false alarm.
(C) Responsibility for the aforementioned notification lies with the alarm holder.
