§ 90.11 ENTICING DOMESTIC ANIMAL FROM PREMISES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to entice an animal from the premises of the person owning, keeping or harboring the same with the intention to deprive the person of possession thereof or so as to cause the animal to be in violation of this chapter or any other applicable law or ordinance.
