§ 32.05 PROSECUTION OR DISMISSAL.

The Chief of Police of the town, after consultation with the Town Attorney, may determine that it is in the best interest of the town to forbear prosecution of any ordinance violation, subject to said ordinance and/or may direct the Town Attorney to dismiss any complaint then in existence with regard to enforcement of any ordinance violation subject to said ordinance.
