The Town Ordinance Violations Bureau created herein shall be authorized to receive all fines and penalties set forth in the ordinances of the town for any violation of any section of said ordinances, in addition to any violation of the law of the state that constitutes an infraction, in addition to the schedule of fines and penalties set forth below, which schedule shall be kept within the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, as well as the office of the Town Marshal/Chief of Police of the town, for inspection by the public at all reasonable times and which must, by resolution in January of each calendar year, be affirmed and/or modified as deemed appropriate by the Town Council.
