The employee handbook, as previously adopted pursuant to Ord. 101403, and all subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby repealed effective June 1, 2009, and in lieu thereof, there is adopted as the amended employee handbook that which is adopted by reference and incorporated into this code as fully as if set out at length herein.
