The amended Master Sewer Plan, third revision, as presented by Witsman Engineering on October 11, 2011, and approved by motion made, seconded and unanimously approved October 11, 2011, is hereby adopted as the Master Sewer Plan, effective October 11, 2011, onward unless and until amended by ordinance of the Town Council, and all future sewer service within the designated area shall comply with the Master Sewer Plan.
