§ 30.02 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS.

(A) The Town Council will hold its first meeting of 1993 at the McCordsville Municipal Building, located at 5759 West Pendleton Pike, McCordsville, Indiana.

(B) The Town Council will form their regular monthly meeting date on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the McCordsville Municipal Building, located at 5759 West Pendleton Pike, McCordsville, Indiana.

(C) Pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., any individual interested in attending the meetings as set forth above should contact the Clerk-Treasurer, at (317) 335-2810, and advise him or her what if any accommodation is needed to enable an interested person to attend the meeting.
