(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, sidewalk café s may be permitted in the village in accordance with the rules and regulations as promulgated by the Village Council and as hereinafter amended from time to time.
(B) No person or entity shall operate a sidewalk café without first obtaining a valid permit from the Village Administrator and no person or entity shall operate said sidewalk café in violation of any rule or regulation promulgated by the village. Any such violation may result in revocation of said sidewalk café permit.
