The Village Administrator shall have the following responsibilities in the enforcement of this section:
(A) Shall determine what sidewalk construction can realistically be accomplished during any given construction season;
(B) Shall prepare the proper notice with the information as required so that may cause said notice to be served on the affected property owners pursuant to R.C. § 729.03;
(C) Shall supervise both survey and construction work to insure that the sidewalks are installed properly and pursuant to the proper plans and specifications as established by the village office;
(D) Shall insure that sidewalks are installed in compliance with this chapter in regard to village owned property;
(E) Shall provide guidance with respect to request for variances.
(F) Shall review all variances two years following the year granted and each succeeding two years until sidewalks are installed.
