§ 174.069 NOTIFICATION.
   Notification and/or repair/replacement shall be as follows.
   (A)   Council will enact a resolution of necessity pursuant to R.C. § 729,02 calling for the installation and/or repair/replacement of sidewalks in the areas designated by the Village Administrator pursuant to the Sidewalks Committee and notification to the affected property owners will be handled in compliance with R.C. § 729.03.
   (B)   The notification shall require the property owner to install sidewalks at his/her own expense in accordance with standards established by the Village Administrator within one year from date of notification. This notification will include procedures to request a variance and the conditions under which a variance may be granted.
   (C)   If notification of repair or replacement of existing sidewalks is given to the property owner, the cost of the repair or replacement of said sidewalk will be at the property owner's expense which is in accordance with other existing village ordinances.
