§ 174.068 PRIORITIES FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

   Priorities for sidewalk construction on primary thoroughfares throughout the village are as follows:

   (A)   The following zones are established with the listed locations being the central point of each sidewalk zone and said priority, as follows:

      (1)   McComb Local School;

      (2)   McComb Library;

      (3)   McComb Village Park/Swimming Pool;

      (4)   McComb churches.

   (B)   Sidewalks shall be installed as soon as practicable or up to one year, without regard to the priority areas above, where it has been determined that there is a hazard to the safety of pedestrian traffic.

   (C)   Proper and existing sidewalks removed at the time of street improvement shall be replaced at the expense of the village.
