(A) Over limit parking violations set at a cost of $5 for the first offense and an additional $5 if the vehicle is in the same spot for each subsequent violation during the date (same day). This shall be paid in full within 120 hours of the parking citation being issued. Failure to do so will constitute an additional $25 fine for each parking ticket.
(B) Parking violations that fall under the Chapter 76 Section of the Ohio Basic Code will constitute a $5 fine for the first violation, $10 for the second violation, and $25 for the third violation of a parking offense, This shall be paid in full within 120 hours of the parking citation being issued. Failure to do so will constitute an additional $25 fine for each parking ticket.
(C) Handicapped parking violations set at a cost of $250. This shall be paid in full within 120 hours of the parking citation being issued. Failure to do so will constitute an additional $25 fine for each parking ticket.
(D) If a vehicle is deemed to be a safety hazard, left on roadway, or blocking anything it may be towed at the owners' expense: owner shall pay tow, storage fees, and any other fines for fees due to the violation.
