(A) No person shall ride or operate a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, toy vehicles, scooters, or similar devices upon sidewalks located on Main Street running east from High Street to the first alley east of the GTE Building in the village.
(B) No person shall ride or operate a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, toy vehicles, scooters, or other similar devices on Main Street from S.R. 186 to Rader Road, on cross streets from Oliver Street to the south corporation limits, on S.R. 235 from S.R, 613 North to the corporation limits, on all of S.R. 186 inside the village limits, and on Rader Road from S.R. 613 to Meyer Lane.
