(A) For gas bills mailed on and after August 28, 2019, the village gas utility system charge shall be increased to $15.00 on all gas bills rendered by said gas system.
(B) The policy previously established of allowing residents to build up gas budget balances in excess of $100 is no longer in effect and that beginning immediately no gas budget balance on any residential account shall exceed $100 at any time.
