(A) Effective with bills mailed on and after April 28, 2015, the following monthly water rates shall go into effect:

Plus 150% Outside Corporation Limits | |
(B) Penalty of 10% if not paid by the fifteenth of the month that bill was received. Thereafter water may be shut off without notice; $50.00 deposit on new accounts; $25.00 charge to re-establish service.
