(A) Dumping of any and all materials and trash, with the exception of yard clippings, brush, shrub and tree trimmings, at the village's wastewater treatment plant at 600 Scott Street, is hereby prohibited.
(B) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of $500 and/or imprisonment of up to 60 days.
