(A) That commencing with the effective date of this section, residential sewer tap fees shall be $250 per tap installed/inspected by the Village Sewer Department.
(B) Commencing with the effective date of this section, all commercial, business, industrial and all apartment houses consisting of two-family residence or more shall be charged for said sewer tap fee upon actual time and material for said installation/inspection but in no event shall said tap fee be less than the cost of a residential tap as set forth in division (A) above.
(C) Before any sewer tap installed/inspected, the responsible party shall deposit the sum of $250 with the Clerk-Treasurer of the village who then shall notify the Sewer Department to proceed with said sewer tap installation/inspection.
(D) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, joint enterprise, co-operative or other entity who fails to secure a permit prior to making a sewer tap, or after securing said permit, fails to comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Village Administrator and approved by Council in installing same, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and if found guilty, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
