The Fire Chief for the village has the authority to conduct annual fire inspections for the village and to charge an inspection fee as described below.

*** After the 2nd Re-inspection, if any violations still exist, a meeting with the Police Fire & Safety Committee, the Fire Chief and the building and/or business owner will be scheduled to discuss the inspection and violations before possible further action by Fire Chief, which could include closing the business until violations are corrected and a re-inspection is completed.
