§ 171.031 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Non-elected village employees from and after the effective date of this section shall be required to reside in area defined as follows: Within four miles from the corporate limits of the village as measured in a straight line from the corporate line.
   (B)   The requirements of this section shall not apply to the Street Commissioner and/or Village Administrator or Village Solicitor.
