(A) In accordance with R.C. § 5735.271 there is hereby created the position of Village Administrator effective January 1, 1997.
(B) The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the laws of the State of Ohio and specifically pursuant to R.C. §§ 735.271 and 735.273.
(C) Effective January 1, 1997, and with the appointment of the Village Administrator by the Mayor and his confirmation by Council, the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall be abolished in accordance with R.C. §735.272.
