(A) Qualifications Of Applicant: Only a qualified applicant may file an application to enter into a development agreement. A qualified applicant is a person who has legal interest in the real property which is the subject of the agreement. Applicant also includes an authorized agent.
(B) Development Plan Required: An application for a development agreement shall include and be accompanied by a development plan for the entire property.
(C) Application To Planning Department: An application for a development agreement shall be made to the planning department on a form provided for that purpose.
(D) Acceptance Of Application: Acceptance of an application for a development agreement is subject to the approval of the council. (Ord. 822, 2-23-2006, eff. 3-16-2006)
