A mobile home which has been placed upon an individual lot and maintained prior to March 16, 2006, shall be a legal nonconforming use. Such mobile home shall not be relocated within the city or area of city impact without conforming to all applicable provisions contained herein. Likewise, a nonconforming mobile home shall not be replaced for any reason, including damage due to weather or other factor, with another nonconforming mobile home, even if new, larger, or otherwise different.
