Any person or corporation, whether owner, lessee, principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by both. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. (Ord. 822, 2-23-2006, eff. 8-16-2006)
