(A) Unlawful Parking: It is unlawful for any person to park any recreational vehicle or mobile home, occupied or unoccupied, on any street, alley, or highway or other public place, or on any tract of land owned by any person, except as provided in this chapter.
(B) Exceptions:
1. Emergency or temporary stopping or parking for not more than four (4) hours and subject to any other limitations.
2. The storage of any unoccupied and uninhabited recreational vehicle or mobile home not exceeding eight feet (8') in width shall be permitted in the rear yard of any premises; provided, that it does not extend into any setback area, nor shall it be connected to water, sewer, electricity or gas and that such storage is not in conflict with any other section or regulation.
