Condominium projects in residential zones shall provide overflow parking and enclosed storage for guests and for the use of owners with snowmobile trailers or boat trailers. Condominium projects shall provide a minimum of two (2) parking spaces per residential unit and one parking space, in addition to that required by this section, of no less than ten feet by twenty feet (10' x 20') dimension, for every two (2) units within the development. In some cases, this additional parking may be utilized for snow storage in the winters. In all other zones, the association bylaws shall state that the storage of anything other than licensed motor vehicles in parking spaces is prohibited. (Ord. 822, 2-23-2006, eff. 3-16-2006)
