9.2.02: PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIRED:
   (A)   Filing Of Application: Following the preapplication review process in section 9.2.01 of this chapter, and within one year from the commission work session, the applicant may file an application for preliminary subdivision. The application shall not be deemed accepted for filing, nor the time limits hereinafter set out for action commence to run, until the preliminary plat and all supplementary material required in this chapter have been received by the administrator. When all required material has been received and deemed complete, the administrator shall sign and date the application.
   (B)   Application Review: The administrator shall indicate on the application form the names of those city or county officials, departments, bodies or agencies that have legal jurisdiction to review the application in matters affecting the health, safety or welfare of the area.
