Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of the city of McCall road naming and site addressing standards shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
