(A) Private roads shall be named in like fashion as public roads, both procedurally and substantively. Private roads shall have the record notation "P" placed beside their names on the city "Official Street Name List".
(B) The city shall have maintenance and replacement responsibility for signs for private roads only at their intersections with public roads. Nevertheless, private road signs shall conform to the city of McCall road naming and site addressing standards except that such signs shall indicate private road status by adding "PVT" at the end of the street name and designation.
