6-2-200: METERS - GENERAL:

All meters shall be and remain the property of the City and shall not be removed from the service except for test or repair, replacement or abandonment or discontinuance of the service. All meters shall be so located and maintained as to be readily accessible at all reasonable hours for reading, inspection or repair. (Ord. 632, 7-28-93)
