It shall be the duty of the Public Works Director to report in writing to the City Treasurer all premises inspected by him where City water is used or about to be used within forty eight (48) hours after such inspection. Such report shall contain the name of the owner, the house number of the premises and the street name, and the name of the plumber performing the work. The Public Works Director shall make sure that stop-and-waste cocks have been so placed as to thoroughly drain all pipes and fixtures on any such premises. (Ord. 632, 7-28-1993)
