In addition to the revenue collected from the taxes imposed by this chapter, the city council will establish in each fiscal year's budget a specific line item, apart and separate from the revenue generated by this chapter, for the replacement, repair, and maintenance (where maintenance will extend the life of existing capital infrastructure) of capital infrastructure funded by this tax. The intent of this provision is to also use some of the city's existing revenue sources for repair, replacement, and maintenance of the capital infrastructure. (Ord. 938, 12-17-2015)
