The local option nonproperty tax revenue derived from and collected under this chapter shall be used for direct costs to collect and enforce the tax and only for the following purposes:
(A) Street replacement, repair, and maintenance thereof shall be as set forth in the streets plan exhibit C attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof by reference;
(B) Sidewalks installation, when appropriate, replacement, repair, and maintenance, along streets in commercial areas to comply with ADA standards;
(C) Matching funds to leverage revenue bonds or general obligation bonds (when approved by the electorate), grant funding, local improvement district, or business improvement district for subsections (A) and (B) of this section. (Ord. 938, 12-17-2015)
