Failure upon the part of any person possessing a taxicab or commercial transportation business license to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the traffic rules and regulations of the city and the state and the laws of the city and state, shall be just and sufficient cause for revoking the license. A report by the chief of police shall be submitted to council setting forth violations that have occurred. (Ord. 938, 12-17-2015)
