4.4.10: INACCURATE TAXIMETERS PROHIBITED:

The use of any inaccurate taximeter is prohibited. It is the duty of the taxicab business licensee to keep taximeters accurate, and taximeters are subject to inspection at all times by the chief of police or his/her authorized representative. (Ord. 938, 12-17-2015)
